General Hospital Weekly Spoilers Sept 30–Oct 4: Brad Grilled, Recast Lucas & Preemptions

Hey General Hospital fans, I’ve got your full roster of daily spoilers for Monday, September 30th, all the way through Friday, October 4th. We’ve got Brad Cooper grilled, a recast Lucas Jones, and two big preemptions—which is a total bummer!
It’s Belinda from DrinkFood, and we’re going to dive right into everything coming next week on your ABC soap. But just right off the bat, there are only three new episodes this week. There are preemptions on two days for sports coverage, as if ESPN doesn’t exist for a reason. All these big exciting storylines, and we’ve got two days of preemptions.
Monday, September 30th – Season 62, Episode 20:
- Mac Scorpio is making his feelings known in a conversation with Holly Sutton. Mac tells her he doesn’t believe her, which is always a smart move since Holly’s a conwoman with a purse full of diamonds. Sidwell might be headed to Port Charles for his rocks, causing chaos in town.
- Carly is demanding answers, and she has a conversation with Jason, mentioning a name she didn’t expect to hear—Holly. Carly and Jack Brennan knew there was a fourth person on the WSB jet, but didn’t know it was Holly.
- Elizabeth talks to Terry Randol, expressing concern over Lucky’s return and its impact on Aiden. Meanwhile, Nah and Curtis are puzzled about something, possibly involving Drew.
- Jack Brennan has some face time with Robert Scorpio, asking how worried he should be about Holly—Robert’s answer: very.
- Anna confides in Felicia that the mission was more than she expected, and we have Lucky at General Hospital with Jason. Later, Lucky sits by his sister Lulu’s bedside, struggling with guilt over her condition.
Tuesday, October 1st, 2024 & Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024: Preemptions
- MLB Wildcard Series takes over the soap, and we lose two days to baseball.
Thursday, October 3rd – Season 62, Episode 21:
- Molly pushes back against Alexis, challenging her mom to stop covering for Kristina. Meanwhile, Sam has things to clear up, likely with Jason, after he risked his life again.
- Porsha questions Brad, feeling out if he knows about the tampering in the lab. Elizabeth advises someone, possibly Aiden, to be cautious about Lucky.
- Trina confesses something to Ava, potentially about her mom’s tampering with Heather’s blood test.
Friday, October 4th – Season 62, Episode 22:
- Ava gives Porsha advice, and it might be the perfect time for Porsha to come clean about the tampered test, as Ava would have no problem supporting her actions to protect Trina.
- Lucas Jones is back, now played by Van Hansis, and he reunites with his As the World Turns co-star Mara West (Ava Jerome).
- Sunny reassures Carly about the alibi, but Carly’s taken Diane’s advice seriously. Meanwhile, Violet Finn’s behavior is a concern for BLQ and Chase as Finn remains out of rehab.
- Trina finds herself disagreeing with Gio as the week ends.
