The Bold and the Beautiful Thursday, September 12 Recap: Brooke Shuts Down Hope’s Finn Revenge

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Thursday, September 12, reveals that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) refused to let Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) “denigrate” her mother, but Steffy was just calling it like she saw it when it came to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang).

Steffy ranted about Brooke targeting her family and suggested she’d stand up for herself more than Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) did back then.

Since Steffy saw Hope following in her mom’s footsteps, she reiterated that Hope needed to stay away from her husband.

In the design office, Taylor also warned Brooke that she needed to rein in Hope and keep her away from John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).

Whether it was conscious or not, Taylor thought Hope had a pattern of targeting Steffy and her family.

Brooke tried to defend Hope, but Taylor argued that Brooke should be concerned about her daughter both personally and professionally.

Afterward, Taylor met up with Steffy and gave her news regarding her conversation with Brooke. Finn interrupted, so he got more praise for being a hero as Taylor watched his close moment with Steffy.

Next on Thursday’s B&B episode, Hope complained to Brooke about Steffy’s attitude and suggested maybe she shouldn’t be so sorry about the kiss she planted after all.

Brooke argued that Hope couldn’t go after Finn to get revenge on Steffy, so Hope admitted she was right.

That said, Hope still cared about Finn and didn’t want him to be with a woman who didn’t fully appreciate him.

Brooke assumed Hope thought she could appreciate Finn better than Steffy and flipped out as she pushed for confirmation.

At the hospital, Finn was proud of Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) for inviting Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) to move in and showing sympathy for her.

Li vowed that Poppy wouldn’t lose her sister like she’d lost Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) and now Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).

Finn wondered if Li thought Bill would end his relationship with Poppy, so Li suggested things may never be the same between them.

At the Spencer mansion, Poppy stopped by to pick up some of her things and found Katie there.

Since Poppy was living with Li for now, she suggested she should’ve realized the opportunity that gave Katie.

Once Katie clarified that she came over with Will Spencer (Crew Morrow), she apologized to Poppy for her false accusations.

Poppy didn’t think Katie owed her an apology after all the awful things Luna had done.

Although Poppy viewed Luna as an extension of herself, Katie insisted Poppy wasn’t to blame.

Poppy acknowledged that Luna’s dream of a happy family was gone, but she still had hope for her own dream.

It was clear that Poppy wasn’t giving up on a life with Bill, who knew how much she still loved him.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Poppy may have her work cut out for her when it comes to rekindling things with Bill, so we’ll bring you more predictions on her plans and updates on how Katie fits in all this.
