Young and the Restless 2-Week Spoilers Oct 14-25: Phyllis Snaps, Jack Attacks & Sharon Panics

You’re listening to Soap Dirt, the latest in television entertainment news. Hey Y&R fans! I’ve got your two-week spoilers for October 14th through the 25th.

Phyllis is going to snap, Jack is going to attack, and Sharon is about to be in a real panic. It’s Belinda from Soap Dirt, and we’ve got everything coming the next couple of weeks. Let’s dive right in with the action coming Monday, October 14th.

So, Adam and Jack have a talk at Crimson Lights about parenthood. Adam’s going through a very stressful time with Connor, but Connor is on this path to getting the coping skills he needs. Meanwhile, Jack is going on a very dark path with his youngest, Kyle. Adam sees a lot of good in Jack, and Jack has been kind of a surrogate father figure for him. They talk about how hard it is being a good dad, and Jack tells him that it may just be too late for Kyle.

Adam and Chelsea are hanging out, and they seem to be vibing. Adam has been pressing for this reunion. The two of them run into Billy and Sally in the park, and they make awkward small talk about Connor’s progress. Chelsea is complimenting Sally’s work at Maretti, and it’s just weird. Then, they leave, and Billy and Sally keep talking about how they’re struggling to get over their pasts and how they should have seen it coming from a mile away. They make plans to get together because Billy has a new place and needs advice on decor. I hope he has money saved up for furniture and draperies, because he might be out of a job pretty soon based on his naughty, naughty actions.

Nate is back in Genoa City after leaving to go see a Lewis, who is, of course, an old friend of his dad, Nathan Sr. Audrey shares the news that she got fired from GLAD because Kyle was playing dirty. She doesn’t want advice, and Nate’s fine with that. He tells her she’s a strong woman and takes her upstairs to distract her from her issues.

Lily admits to Devon that Nikki confessed she and Victor had been lying to her. She says at least Billy had the grace to fire her looking her in the eyes, while Victor did her dirty. Nikki seems to think she’ll be happy working under her after they lied about the job they were going to give her. Lily wants to make sure Chancellor doesn’t wind up in Billy or Victor’s hands. Devon just wants her to walk away from the mess, but Lily takes the nuclear option and calls Jill to tattle on Billy—not only about firing her but also about firing Phyllis.

Now, what’s interesting in this conversation is I don’t think Lily will tell Jill that she has been conspiring with Victor. But you know Billy’s going to tell Jill—you know that! Victor isn’t upset that Nikki told her, saying he expected it. It’s all part of the plan, and I think he believes Jill will come to town, get rid of Billy, and it’ll be easier for Victor to get hold of Chancellor.

Jack and Diane are in a panic over the stolen product at GLAD, and they are fighting about Kyle. Meanwhile, Victor is happily crowing about the end of their marriage—he’s being truly awful.

On Tuesday, October 15th, Sharon plans a romantic picnic in the park with champagne for her and Nick. He’s mystified, like he was the other night when she was all dressed up for a casual dinner. It’s because Sharon’s meds are messed up—it’s not her fault, but in her mind, they are back in a romance. So, there are mixed signals. She’s trying to convince everyone she’s fine, and maybe Nick will figure it out. We’ll see.

Jill is back in town on Tuesday and slaps Billy with an ultimatum. I totally expect him to rat out Lily and say, “Maybe I haven’t made decisions you like, but Lily has been betraying Chancellor.” Phyllis takes charge of the situation. This could be about the whole Daniel thing, or it could be at Abbott-Chancellor, since she’s busy eavesdropping when Jill is around—and she won’t like what she hears.

On Wednesday, October 16th, Chance finds evidence at Daniel’s place—bloody rags, a phone, and keys—thanks to a warrant. Daniel refused to let him search, which is always the right move, by the way. While it’s evidence, it won’t be as compelling once they dig deeper. No fingerprints match Daniel, and Sharon probably wiped the phone down. If there are no fingerprints at all, that’s really suspicious.

Victor gets Adam busy with taking revenge on Billy, using the power of Newman Media. I wonder how bad it’s going to be and if Adam will consider Chelsea’s feelings when he launches the attack. Adam does owe Billy some karma for when Billy published that tell-all back when he ran the media company that became Newman Media, ironically.

Jack and Audra have a very serious talk and start plotting together. Audra confirms everything Jack suspected: Victor is the money man behind GLAD, and he’s the one pushing Kyle to betray the Abbotts.

On Thursday, October 17th, Kyle gets in even deeper with Victor, while Daniel is in a tough spot because of the evidence Chance found. Chance warns Summer, and things look bleak for Daniel, but we know he didn’t do it. Jack and Diane are fighting again about Kyle and Victor.

On Friday, October 18th, it’s Michelle Stafford’s standalone 30th anniversary episode as Phyllis Summers. She hasn’t been on Y&R for 30 years, because there were six years when she wasn’t, five of those with Gina Tognoni. Expect lots of flashbacks, and Lucy will be part of these scenes. It looks like Daniel and Summer will be involved too. Also this week, we’ll see Faith comforting a crying Lucy at Crimson Lights.

The week of October 21st through the 25th, Phyllis claps back hard when Daniel and Summer tell her what Chance found in his apartment, and that Sharon basically led him right to it. Time is running out for Sharon, who has been sloppy. Daniel is innocent, and Lady Justice is soon going to turn her eyes on the real killer, who just needs help at this point. Heather’s memorial could be the tipping point in this story, and you can’t expect Sharon to stay away.

Kyle’s downward descent picks up speed, and Diane is determined to give him some tough love—so tough it might fracture her marriage to Jack in a way that’s not recoverable. Victor is feeling full of himself, taking over Chancellor and trying to take down Jabot, but I feel like he’s about to take some hits with Jill back. Audra and Lily are furious, and Jack is done playing nice. Claire has a stake in the Abbott vs. Newman feud and wants to save Kyle from Victor. If Kyle doesn’t stop, his new romance with Claire might hit a wall. Amy Lewis returns the following week.
