Bold and Beautiful 2-Week Spoilers Sep 30-Oct 11: Taylor Doctor Doom & Carter Woos
You’re reading DrinkFood. Hey, B&B fans, I’ve got your two-week spoilers for Monday, September 30th through Friday, October 11th. Taylor Hayes has got some Dr. Doom action, and Carter Walton is wooing someone.
It’s Belinda from DrinkFood, and let’s dive right into what is coming these two weeks, beginning with Monday, September 30th.
As we left it on Friday, Taylor had heart palpitations while staring at Brooke and Ridge canoodling and talking about taking their actions in the studio to the bedroom. It was too much for her ailing heart. Brooke leaves Taylor collapsed—that’s where we left off on Cliffhanger Friday. As we resume on Monday, Ridge is desperate to revive Taylor. He’s shaking her, trying to wake her up, and is able to get her on her feet and conscious, draping his jacket over her like the heroic ex-husband he is. But he’s not going to take no for an answer when he asks her what caused her to collapse. I’m sure Taylor will try to fib her way out of it—lightheadedness, skipped lunch—but Ridge won’t buy it.
Meanwhile, Will and Katie have another chat about his dad, Bill Spencer. Katie is considering Bill’s request to reunite and become a family again, but she’s learned to shield her heart from him. That’s also what Will wants for his mom, so he’s not going to be a weak link that Bill can use to talk Katie into getting back together.
Tuesday, October 1st
Brooke and Steffy have a tense conversation. It’s a lot like Steffy’s last conversation with Hope, where Hope gloated about Ridge choosing her mom. Steffy now faces Brooke, who reminds her that Ridge is committed to her, not Taylor. But we all know Ridge—he’s the original “waffle boy.” Once he finds out his other ex-wife might need him, that could change everything.
Also on Tuesday, Taylor admits to Ridge that she’s in heart failure. Ridge is flipping out and will likely encourage Taylor to see a proper doctor for her heart. Maybe Ridge has broken her heart too many times—that could be the real problem!
Wednesday, October 2nd
Taylor doesn’t want to hear it, but Ridge is pressuring her to go to the hospital and get a second opinion. Though he’s calling it a second opinion, it’s really the first since Taylor hasn’t seen a cardiologist yet. Urgent care or primary doctors aren’t substitutes for a specialist. Ridge won’t relent until Taylor gets proper care. If you remember, Lee Finnegan sent Taylor a list of cardiologists and asked her to choose one. That appointment is expected to happen during this week.
Thursday, October 3rd
Cassandra Cree returns to B&B. If you don’t remember her, she plays Dr. Grace Buckingham, mother of Thomas’s fiancée Paris Buckingham, ex-fiancée Zoe Buckingham, and ex-wife of the baby-selling doctor, Reese Buckingham. This time, she’s back in a medical capacity, and though we don’t know her exact specialty, let’s hope she’s a cardiologist because she’ll be running tests on Taylor’s heart.
Also on Thursday, Bill decides to open up and be vulnerable with Katie about his feelings. This should be interesting since Bill is usually so cocky. Could his recent trauma, like his daughter Luna kissing him, have shaken him to his core?
Friday, October 4th
Dr. Grace Buckingham has an official diagnosis for Taylor, but Taylor doesn’t seem to want to believe what the doctor says. It’s likely a different prognosis from the one Taylor initially received from her other doctor. Meanwhile, Katie opens up to Brooke about why she’s scared to reunite with Bill. While it could be about not wanting to hurt Will, it’s more likely because she isn’t sure Bill is truly over Brooke, who he has repeatedly called the love of his life.
We also have Will telling Steffy that he wants to work at Forrester Creations, Carter and Hope discussing the pros and cons of an office romance, and Eric reassuring Steffy that Ridge cares deeply for Taylor. Steffy’s attitude? She believes Ridge and Taylor will be connected until their very last breath—and her mother’s getting closer to hers.
Week of October 7th through 11th
This week brings Taylor’s new terror and Carter’s new crush. Word should soon spread about Taylor’s potentially fatal illness. Will Dr. Grace Buckingham offer hope of survival through something like a transplant, or will Taylor get even worse news and find out she has even less time than she thought?
Katie remains conflicted about whether she can trust her heart with Bill Spencer. Speaking of hearts, Hope is seriously considering Carter’s romantic overtures. Dating him could solve several problems—it could get her mind off Finn, get Steffy off her case, and since Carter is COO of Forrester Creations, he could help protect Hope for the Future.
It will be interesting to see if Steffy approaches Carter and advises him to steer clear of Hope. Realistically, Steffy should be glad if Hope moves on to someone else, but if she tries to deter Carter, Brooke’s accusations to Finn that Steffy is targeting Hope might seem more valid. Ridge may even encourage a Carter-Hope relationship to help protect Steffy’s marriage. But Brooke’s reaction to all this is what we’ll really want to watch for!
