Bold and Beautiful Early Spoilers Oct 28-Nov 1: Steffy Snaps & Plots Who to Fire!
You’re listening to Soap Dirt, the latest in television entertainment news. Hey B&B fans, I have got your Early Edition spoilers for October 28th through November 1st. Steffy Forrester is about to snap, and she’s soon going to be plotting who to fire. It’s Belinda from Soap Dirt, and we’ve got juicy stuff for you for next week. As we always do on Early Edition day, we start with what’s happening the rest of this week.
If you’re current on your episodes, you will know that Carter blindsided Steffy on Tuesday’s episode by bringing in Ivy Forrester, who brought in Electra Forrester, and they just very aggressively pitched this jewelry line out of nowhere. Steffy said they were steamrolling her, and she was right. It was kind of funny because when Steffy introduced Carter to Electra Forrester, she said he’s our COO for now. Those two words are very important.
Speaking of Electra, as she is heading outside of the CEO office, she is literally going to run right into Will Spencer, who was just telling Hope and Brooke that one of the big reasons he was excited to take this internship at Forrester Creations was because of all the beautiful women. Now, Electra doesn’t officially have a job there just yet, but I’m guessing since she is on contract, the jewelry line is going to wind up at FC. Will’s going to be very happy—they’re both very cute, and I like it a lot.
Steffy has a very visceral and angry reaction to the whole Electra and Ivy jewelry line pitch. It’s not about the design; she has been following Ivy’s designs and thinks they’re beautiful. If you don’t know, remember Ivy learned from her mentor, Quinn, who used to have and run the Forrester jewelry line. Carter’s concept is a “House of Forrester” thing, where they have a bunch of different things—not just the bedroom, the couture, and Hope for the Future. He is envisioning this whole big drastic shift, and what seems to have inspired it is him having the hots for Hope. I mean, it sounds like it’d be good for the company, but again, you know it’s about him wanting to impress the girl.
Steffy is very, very upset at Carter about this whole thing, and Carter is upset at Steffy and her negativity because, as far as he sees it, Steffy’s issue with the jewelry line is really her personal issues with Ivy. If you remember, years back, Steffy and Ivy were bickering about Liam, and there was a whole lot of jealousy. At one point, they were downstairs near the electrical grid, and after some back and forth, Ivy wound up falling into the electrical panel and had to go to the hospital. I think Liam said some things to Steffy about it. There’s just a lot of history there. But, as Carter said, that’s personal, and this is business—and yeah, this is about to get super messy.
On Thursday, October 24th, Ivy did not appreciate Steffy’s attitude. What was interesting was when Ivy came in on Tuesday, she said, “I didn’t take this to Uncle Eric. I brought it directly to you.” That to me sounded like a bit of a threat, like she decided not to go over Steffy’s head but could have. Well, she didn’t get the reaction she wanted, so she’s gone over her head. Although Steffy and Ridge are co-CEOs, you know Eric is the co-founder—him and the OG Stephanie Forrester founded Forrester Creations. Ivy says Steffy rejected the line because of old personal issues over Liam, even though Steffy is happily married now with kids.
Ivy tattles to Uncle Eric that Steffy’s putting Forrester’s success in jeopardy. Meanwhile, Steffy is tattling to Ridge about Carter. This whole situation is getting really tangled, and it’s about to blow up in a major way, especially when Carter presents his big vision for the company on Friday, October 25th.
