Days of our Lives 2-Week Spoilers Oct 14-25: Brady Free & Nancy’s Joy-ful Return
You’re listening to Soap Dirt, the latest in television entertainment news. Hey Days fans, I’ve got your two-week spoilers for October 14th through the 25th. Brady Black is going to be free at last, and Nancy Wesley has a joyful return.
It’s Belinda from Soap Dirt—let’s dive into everything coming, starting with the action on Monday, October 14th. So over in Paris, Fabby is talking on the phone to her brother Mark, who’s saying, “Oh by the way, Chad wants me to kill your groom,” and Holly Jonas is nearby, overhears part of the conversation, and wants to know what’s what. Fiona decides she needs to silence Sarah permanently after her memories return, and she knows that her mother-in-law was driving. Fiona is just going to double down and throw her down the stairs, it looks like.
Eric and Brady are brainstorming, trying to put together all the clues to figure out the truth of exactly what happened the night of Sarah’s hit-and-run accident. Xander tells Maggie about the cure for Sarah, and you know Kristen’s withholding it because EJ is being, well, EJ. So Steve also vows on Monday to prove that it is not his niece Abigail—that Fabby is a faker.
Tuesday, October 15th: Alex and Stephanie talk about the fact that they just, you know, got knacked on the soap opera set and did the deed. And you know, he put a stop to it at her apartment ‘cause their friendship is very important to him, but then in a moment of passion, it looks like they did the deed—unless they stopped at the very last minute. They are again saying, you know, “We need to not let this wreck our friendship.”
Johnny, meanwhile, is gearing up to confront his wife Chanel for sleeping with Alex, which she did not do. She legitimately has a doctor’s note as an alibi—she was getting her bad back checked out in the emergency room. Kayla was with her, and she’s going to be really peeved when Johnny comes at her with this, but it’s going to be a few days before he works up the nerve to do it. Brady credits Eric for saving his life. Looks like they figure it out, or Sarah calls to tell them.
Xander is distraught on Tuesday—he knows that not only did Fiona run over Sarah, but then she tried to do a bad thing with her. And remember, this will be like, I mean if you count running her over with the car, this will be the third attempt to kill her because she was also going to smother her with a pillow. Poor Xander is in tears—you know, he wanted his mommy back and he just got back a rat. She is truly terrible.
Wednesday, October 16th: Fabby is struggling with her feelings towards Chad. Of course, she feels very guilty about targeting a grieving man. She’s also, you know, in this gnarly situation because awful Clyde has her mom and is going to kill her if she doesn’t do this thing. I also think that Fabby is kind of crushing on Chad to some extent—I mean, he’s hot, he’s rich, what’s not to like? He’s single ‘cause you know, Clyde killed his wife.
Unfortunately, Clyde’s going to be out of prison soon. It looks like the drug charges can be set aside, and because Fabby has passed this DNA test, Clyde’s confident the murder charge will be set aside. So it’s very important that Steve figures this all out before they let Clyde loose on Salem again. Stephanie and Alex realize that what they did was a huge mistake, and Chanel is wondering what is up with Johnny midweek, because he is kind of being a jerk to her. And that’s ‘cause he thinks she slept with her co-star, which she did not do. But he’s having those nightmares and it’s so vivid, and I just don’t know how you mistake Stephanie Johnson for Chanel Dupri—like a foot difference in height, hair, skin color, just everything. Plus the fact he shouldn’t assume his wife would do that. It’s terrible.
Thursday, October 17th: Sophia comes to Tate’s aid—not sure what he needs help about, but Sophia will absolutely be there for him. Sarah and Xander go back to EJ DiMera and pressure him to let Brady go. “My memories came back, I know he didn’t do this.” But I wonder if they are going to tell him that Fiona did it or not, or if they’re going to try and keep it a secret. We’ll see, hopefully not.
Fiona has a heart-to-heart conversation with Brady, and I hope she comes clean. I think she’s going to have to finally, and I’d be okay if he strangled her. I mean, honestly, what she’s done is awful. And you know what’s really awful is Brady is kind of in a similar situation to what his son Tate was in—where this woman is willing to let that man go to prison to keep herself out of trouble. Holly left Tate in prison, even after she was out of the coma for quite a while, because she didn’t want to get grounded, you know? And Fiona is now doing it to Brady. So I don’t know if they did that on purpose or if they’re just repeating plots, but it’s kind of interesting.
JJ Deveraux is in Paris on Thursday to officiate Chad’s wedding to Fabby, and I think he’s going to smell something off about this woman as well. He knows who his sister is and that ain’t her.
Friday, October 18th: Aaron and Tate talk about Sophia. Looks like Tate—I don’t know if Tate asks for kind of his permission to take Sophia out, because Aaron had a crush on her, even though she went to prom with Tate. So we’ll see. But it could be Sophia that asks Aaron to give him a thumbs-up if she finds out that’s why Tate is holding back. Ava is there to encourage Sophia—of course, she’s her boss at the Bistro.
JJ and Holly start talking about Fabby. I don’t know if this is going to be right after the wedding or at the wedding reception, but Holly has overheard some things, JJ is feeling a certain kind of way, so we’ll see how it goes. There’s supposed to be a dramatic and sour turn at the wedding reception, which should be when Fabby’s brother Mark shows up with a gun prepared to shoot Chad, because if he doesn’t, they’re going to kill his mother. Looks like Steve is on the way to intervene, but a shot is fired before everything wraps up.
And then that takes us into the week of October 21st through the 25th. Sophia is going to waste no time getting as close to Tate as possible—including into his bed, preferably before Holly gets home. However, I don’t even know if Sophia can work that fast. Clyde is counting those DiMera dollars, but with the Fabby scam exposed on Friday, the tables are going to turn very soon. We’ll have to wait and see if somebody’s shot. If Fabby takes a bullet protecting Chad, that might buy her a little bit of grace so they can help save her mom.
We’ll see. And I wonder if EJ is going to get the pleasure of issuing a warrant to arrest Xander’s mom Fiona, or will she flee back to the UK before that can happen? Because you know that would thrill EJ, and he will definitely be upset when he has to let Brady go. But he is going to have to let him go. Sarah is going to get the cure—no way Brady and Eric let Kristen withhold it. However, it’s not going to be an instant cure, and Sarah may lose hope because things are going to take a while before they turn a corner.
October 21st: Alexanne Hopkins debuts as Joy Wesley, and that is why Patrika Darbo is back as Nancy Wesley with a joyful return, because she’s bringing Joy back. We haven’t seen her since she was a little thing—little young Joy. Remember she was a donor baby that she and Craig gave birth to, to save their other daughter, Chloe Lane’s life. And Joy is rumored to join the cast of your favorite soap within a soap, “Body and Soul,” and she may be a temptation for Johnny DiMera, who’s having marriage issues because of his wrongful assumptions about his wife.
The following week, October 28th: Look for Al Calderon to debut, presumably as Javi—maybe Javi Hernandez, not sure on the name yet. Looks like somebody close to Gabi and Rafe, destined to be Leo’s big new love interest, and maybe sharing space with Gabi, Rafe, and Jada since Gabi has moved home after splitting from Stefan.
