Days of our Lives Predictions: Sarah Knows, EJ Plays Hero & Connie’s Last Gasp
Days of Our Lives fans, it’s time for our weekly prediction edition! We’re going to talk about Sarah knowing the truth, EJ playing hero, and Connie’s last gasp. It’s Belinda from Soap Dirt, and as always, our predictions are based on recent episodes, official spoilers, and weekly promos.
We’ve got predictions for Sarah and Fiona, for EJ and Paulina, for Clyde, Mark, and fake Abby, for Connie, Stefan, and Ava, and also for Gabby and EJ. Let’s dive right in!
First prediction:
I think Sarah Horton definitely knows that Fiona was driving the car that struck and paralyzed her. There’s a weird spoiler for Monday the 16th that says Sarah’s hypnosis didn’t give her answers, but that already happened last week, and she’s already back home. I’m not sure if they put that spoiler in as an error or if they’re revisiting it, and she is telling people she didn’t get the answers.
I am certain though that Sarah did remember because when Marina hypnotized her, she could see a vague outline and could tell it wasn’t Brady behind the wheel. Then, Doc gave her some tools on how to sharpen her vision, and you could just see this look on Sarah’s face—recognition, shock. I absolutely think she recalled Fiona was driving, but Sarah is keeping it zipped up for now.
I think next week, Sarah is probably going to corner Fiona and let her know she knows the truth and have a talk about what’s going to happen from here. Monday’s spoilers have Fiona making a confession to Xander, trying to stop him from beating Brady with the piñata bat. I’d be shocked if Fiona admitted to driving the car, but she might tell Xander she and Brady have been having a fling, or maybe that she was in the car but didn’t do it on purpose. Either way, it’s going to be explosive.
Second prediction:
EJ DiMera is fired as Salem’s District Attorney over dirty drug dealings. Stefan is irate that EJ did the deed with his wife, Gabby, and things get worse next week. Tuesday’s spoilers have Gabby back in EJ’s arms with a suggestion, probably hinting at an “enemies with benefits” situation, which he seems fine with.
On Tuesday, Stefan marches up to Mayor Paulina Price with some damaging information. I suspect Stefan might tell the mayor that EJ knew about Clyde’s drug running. Stefan has already been charged, so he could spill the beans without facing consequences. This could lead to EJ being fired, and possibly charged with obstruction. Either way, this will intensify the drama between EJ, Gabby, and Stefan.
Third prediction:
Clyde may hurt someone to force fake Abby and her brother to comply. In the new promo, we see Dr. Mark Green visiting Clyde in prison, despite him supposedly being in Supermax. Mark and Marin Green (fake Abby) seem to be doing Clyde’s bidding, whether willingly or not. Clyde is known for threatening loved ones to get what he wants, so it’s possible he’ll threaten or hurt someone close to Mark or Marin to ensure compliance.
Clyde tells Mark that Marin better get betrothed to Chad ASAP. Mark, however, seems worried that Marin might be catching real feelings for Chad, which complicates things. Clyde could threaten someone they love, like Aaron or even Felicity from the bakery, to keep things under control.
Fourth prediction:
Connie ties up Ava and Stefan, then targets Melinda and Gabby. This week marks the culmination of Connie’s crazy storyline. Melinda is still tied to Connie’s bed, and Gabby barely escaped. Spoilers for Tuesday the 17th suggest Connie will try to stab Melinda, but things go awry when Melinda frees herself.
On Wednesday, Ava takes Stefan up on an offer, which likely leads to the promo scene where Stefan finds Ava with a knife at her throat. I suspect Connie will tie them both up and leave them while she goes after her real targets: Melinda and Gabby.
Fifth and final prediction:
EJ saves Gabby—will she choose him over Stefan? Early next week, we see Gabby back in EJ’s bed. By Friday, EJ finds out something shocking, which I think is related to Gabby being in danger from Connie’s bomb. In the promo, EJ is near the explosion, and we later see him with Gabby in the rubble. If EJ saves Gabby’s life, their relationship could move from physical to emotional, possibly deepening their bond at Stefan’s expense.
