General Hospital 2-Week Spoilers Oct 14-25: Lulu Gets Worse, Steven is Back & FBI Scrambles

You’re listening to Soap Dirt, the latest in television entertainment news. Hey General Hospital fans! I’ve got your two-week spoilers for October 14th through the 25th. Lulu Spencer is going to get worse, much worse. Steven Lars Weber is back, and the FBI is left scrambling. It’s Belinda from Soap Dirt, and let’s talk about what’s happening these two weeks, beginning with the action on Monday, October 14th.

Brad’s making a very bold move. On Friday, we already saw, and they’ll probably replay it on Monday, that he immediately figured out that Portia is the one that tampered with Heather’s test, and he’s telling someone on Monday that he found something interesting. Now, maybe he’s going to the other co-chief, Terry, or maybe he’s going to Liz, who asked him to look into it. Or maybe he’s going directly to Portia because she has been all up in his business—very bossy, very abrasive. You know, he can’t even hug a friend! Come on. I’m very interested to see how that goes, but Portia’s attitude is about her paranoia, not Brad’s professionalism. And yes, there are questions there, but still.

Liz talks to Terry about Lucky, and she’s also worried about someone dragging her into trouble—could be Rick. Speaking of Rick, he spends time talking to Curtis Ashford, and Curtis is very upset to find out that Rick thinks he’s got a pretty good chance to get Heather out of Pentonville, considering she tried to kill his kid back when she had heavy metal poisoning. Alexis has a day in court, likely on Monday or Tuesday. She’s in her Pentonville duds, and Christina and Mike are there. Martin already tells Anna early in Monday’s episode, “Why wasn’t I notified about the new evidence?”—as in the ballistics test on the river gun. This could be problematic if he says it before Sonny confesses. I’m guessing it will go that way. Alexis reminds Christina again that Sonny is the one who got them into this situation by letting Jagger spiral out and then killing him, and she says Sonny has to get them out because he got them into it.

Dante is at the PCPD, fully planning to interrupt and tell Sonny about the ballistics test, which could get him fired, to stop the FBI interview. Maybe Martin speaking up will stop it. But the question is, where did Martin hear it? Did he hear it from Dante? Alexis’ fate is determined on Monday, and Dex offers a sympathetic ear to Molly, who is hoping for good news.

On Tuesday, October 15th, it’s Brooklyn versus Tracy Quartermaine, and you know it’s about adorable Violet Finn. Brooklyn was up at the school with Chase, handling everything. They were being good guardians, the principal was happy, everything was cool, and they were dealing with the bully. Then Tracy sends a lawyer to handle an elementary school issue. I think Brooklyn is going to tell Tracy to back down, and Tracy will say, “That’s my good friend Finn’s daughter, and I will never stop fighting for her.” We’ll see. Sam gets some big news, and Dr. Isaiah Ganon leaps into action. Is this something to do with Lucky? Or because he’s a transplant surgeon, does somebody need a transplant? We’ll see. Ned has a proposition for Drew. I’m guessing it’s something like, “Make me CEO of ELQ, and I’ll keep it zipped about you making out with Michael’s wife Willow.” We’ll see. Michael also finds himself tempted on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, October 16th, speaking of temptations, Jordan is out to dinner with hunky Isaiah, who’s out of the hospital and feeling better. Elizabeth and Portia are puzzled about something, and Sasha needs to ask Michael for something. Meanwhile, Brennan corners Anna, and I wonder if he’s upset that she couldn’t talk Jason into working for the WSB or if he’s upset she told Carly to stay away from him. We’ll see. Tracy has a talk with Cody—remember, he went up last week to get tested to see if he was a match, so maybe she’s thanking him for that. Maybe he is a match. We’ll see.

Thursday, October 17th: Holly has to explain herself. She has those diamonds and lied, saying she knows nothing about Sidwell’s business. She’s playing goody-two-shoes, but she needs to fence the diamonds through Sonny, so it’ll be interesting to see who catches her and who she has to explain herself to. Sasha gets some life-changing news, while Tracy offers assistance to Cody, and Rick Lansing plays dirty—nothing surprising there. Dante and Sam are relieved on Thursday—maybe it’s something to do with Rocco, or maybe it’s related to the search for the donor.

Friday, October 18th: Molly versus Christina explodes again. There are still lingering issues—everything hasn’t been put to rest. Alexis’ arrest just put a lid on the situation, but once she’s free, it’s going to boil over again. Ned is there to comfort his daughter Brooklyn, and Felicia encourages Holly—maybe it’s to go for Robert if she wants him. Liz has an update for Lucky—maybe it’s about the donor process, and maybe they’ve found one. Laura and Tracy talk about the past, and I’m sure it’s going to be about Luke and Lulu, two people they both love.

The second week, October 21st through the 25th: Molly still blames Christina for the loss of the baby, and she’s planning to try and keep the baby. I’m not sure if Molly agrees with the criminal case against Ava. They don’t have hard proof—just a few photos, and they don’t show her being pushed because she wasn’t. She tripped over luggage left by the dead FBI agent. Rick Lansing is a shark, so I think he’s going to get the criminal charges dropped and move on to the civil case to see what he can do about custody. Alexis is out of Pentonville during these two weeks, but her drama isn’t over. Christina still faces a subpoena in Ava’s civil custody suit and has to testify in the criminal trial against Ava. Rick Lansing will eat her lunch on the stand.

Thursday, October 24th: Scott Reeves is back to General Hospital as Steven Lars Weber, Elizabeth’s big brother. He’s going to have scenes with Heather Weber, although she has a new face compared to the last time he was on—like, 11 years ago. The FBI and PCPD will be scrambling for evidence against Sonny for the Jagger killing now that Alexis is free. If Dante or Martin’s outburst at the PCPD prevents that confession, which I think it will, they’re going to start from ground zero, and Dante may be in trouble. He’s already planning on taking a leave of absence—let’s see if they extend that for him permanently.

Countdown to Lulu’s much-needed transplant surgery looks like the push to get people tested yielded some results. But I expect her health to take a nosedive by sweeps week, so a live donor is no longer feasible. She’ll need a full liver transplant, coinciding with the death of Sam McCall. We’ll wait and see on that.

Just out of interest, I did a little Googling about total liver donation from a dead or dying donor versus a partial donation from a living donor. Yes, it’s more flexible to match a total liver from a deceased donor because tissue typing is less stringent, and there’s more flexibility in liver size. Plus, there’s no concern about the donor’s health, as they are dead or dying. We’ll see how it goes.
