The Young and the Restless Thursday, October 10 Recap: Jack Threatens Kyle’s Arrest – Sharon Spills Heather Story to Chance
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Thursday, October 10, reveals that Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) will give Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) updates on some bad news about their wedding venue, which has structural damage and can no longer be used for their selected date.
That’ll leave Abby upset as they wonder what to do, but Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will pop up at Society and hear about the marriage ceremony crisis.
Victor will offer the perfect alternative location, but he’ll stay tight-lipped about where the wedding is going to be for now.
After Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) meets with Claire Newman (Hayley Erin), she’ll have a good feeling about her granddaughter coming to work for her.
Nikki will join Victor, Abby and Devon at Society, where she’ll learn Victor is being mysterious about the new wedding venue solution.
When Nikki hints about Victor being full of surprises lately, she’ll raise Devon and Abby’s suspicions about the mystery gift Victor has arranged for her as well.
As for Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters), she’ll bicker with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) again.
Diane will push Jack to see that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) is responsible for his own horrible actions.
Once Glissade puts out a new press release that features their stolen Jabot moisturizer, Jack will see just how far Kyle is willing to stoop.
Although Jack won’t want to believe Kyle would steal the centerpiece of the new line they’re launching, Diane will insist Kyle must’ve gotten into their system and swiped the formula.
On Thursday’s Y&R episode, Jack will confront Kyle at the Abbott mansion, where Kyle will play dumb while acting smug about his win.
After Jack accuses Kyle of corporate theft, he’ll wonder if Kyle really wants Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) to lose another parent to prison.
Kyle will ask if he’s supposed to be scared and will brush off Jack’s attempts to scold him.
When Jack admits he’s not sure he can forgive this, Kyle will suggest now Jack knows what it’s like when your family does something unforgivable against you.
Jack will rant about Jabot not having a launch of this magnitude in a decade and will refuse to let Kyle ruin John Abbott’s (Jerry Douglas) legacy.
If Jack finds proof that Kyle accessed or used sensitive Jabot material, he’ll warn that he won’t hesitate to hit Kyle with every legal action necessary.
Kyle will point out that Jack let Diane fire him and now he wants to arrest him. Jack will admit that’s not what he wants, but he’ll maintain that he will if he has to!
At the cottage, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will seem nervous as Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) questions her and won’t be sure how she can help with Heather Stevens’ (Vail Bloom) case.
Chance will quiz Sharon about all the feuding she did with the Romalotti family over the recent accident, but Sharon will insist she overreacted.
Sharon will also talk about picking up on some tension between Heather and Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei).
After Chance steps out to take a call, “Cameron Kirsten” (Linden Ashby) will push Sharon to lie like she’s never lied before since her future depends on it.
Once Chance returns, Sharon will play up their romantic history before admitting she’s been keeping something from him.
Chance will encourage Sharon to open up, so she’ll admit she was with Heather the night she died.
Sharon will claim that since she already apologized to Daniel, she wanted to apologize to Heather and Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) – though she found Heather alone.
After Sharon hints that Heather seemed agitated and on edge, she’ll claim Heather said she had a big fight with Daniel.
Sharon will insist she doesn’t know what the fight was about since she didn’t want to pry.
Chance will wonder if Heather said anything about leaving town or if she had a suitcase, but Sharon will assure him there was nothing like that.
Chance will ask why Sharon is just now spilling this, so Sharon will act like Daniel would feel awful if he knew how upset Heather was with him in her final hours.
Although Sharon will suggest she’s sure her info won’t be significant, she’ll contend that she had to be honest now that there’s an actual investigation.
Nearby, “Cameron” will nod in approval over Sharon planting seeds to suggest Daniel’s guilty.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sharon could stir up a whole lot more trouble, so we’ll bring you more predictions on all the chaos.
